  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to ensure timely care for all our clients.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. After two no-show occurrences, we may require prepayment for future appointments.

Payment Policies

1. Payment Methods

  • We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments via our online payment system.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

2. Insurance

  • We currently do not accept insurance. However, we can provide you with a detailed receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
  • Please check with your insurance provider to understand their policies regarding nutrition services.

3. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your care, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

  • Your privacy is important to us. All personal information and health records are kept confidential and are only shared with your explicit consent or as required by law.

2. Data Security

  • We use secure systems to protect your personal and payment information. Our online booking and payment systems comply with industry standards for data protection.

Product and Supplement Policies

1. Product Recommendations

2. Returns and Exchanges

  • Supplements and products purchased through our clinic can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.
