Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours, every day of the week.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a tracking number once your package ships.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

Orders of $50 or more receive free standard shipping.

For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

International Shipping
Currently, 5 Nutri ships only within the United States. Expansion to international destinations is planned for the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
