At 5 Nutri, we want your shopping experience to be simple, transparent, and worry-free. Please review our purchase and cancellation terms below.


Purchase Options

  • One-Time Purchase – Customers may buy individual supplement products with no ongoing commitment.

  • Subscription Purchase – Customers can subscribe to receive recurring deliveries of their chosen supplements at their preferred frequency. Subscriptions include a discounted price and guaranteed priority stock.


Subscription Management

  • Customers can manage their subscriptions anytime by logging into their account.

  • Options include adjusting delivery frequency, skipping an order, or updating payment and shipping details.

  • To cancel a subscription, customers must do so at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.


Cancellation Policy

  • One-Time Purchases – Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting hello@5nutri.com. After this window, your order may already be processed and prepared for shipment.

  • Subscriptions – Customers may cancel anytime, but cancellations made after a billing cycle has been processed will apply to the next cycle.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please review our [Refund Policy] for details on refunds and returns.


Failed Payments

If a payment method fails for a subscription, we’ll notify you by email. You’ll have 72 hours to update your payment information. If payment is not updated, the subscription will be paused until resolved.
